Goodseeds recently partnered with PT Royal Korindah to conduct a Leadership Workshop designed to unlock potential, strengthen collaboration, and drive excellence within their team.
The program began with self-discovery sessions, where employees gained deeper insights into their own strengths and weaknesses. Through interactive exercises, they also learned to recognize and appreciate the diverse abilities of their colleagues—creating a foundation of trust and mutual respect.
